Wedding Insurance |
Wedding Insurance A wedding insurance policy will protect you from financial loss in the event one of the major elements of your wedding covered under the policy is lost or damaged prior to the event. For instance if you made a deposit to a vendor and they go out of business or if your wedding must be cancelled or postponed. Circumstances beyond your control can cause your wedding to be a total disaster and cost you a lot of money. Insurance can cover adverse weather, key people illness or injury, military deployment or job, failure of photographer or damage to photos, damage or theft of gifts, damage or loss to wedding attire, loss or theft of rings and loss of deposits. One thing that is NOT covered is for either the bride or groom to change their mind about getting married. Wedding insurance usually starts at only $155 for $7,500 of cancellation/postponement coverage with higher limits and additional coverages with only moderate increases in the premium. |
