Paradigm Shift |
Paradigm Shift In 1962, Thomas Kuhn wrote "The Structure of Scientific Revolution" and fathered the concept of "paradigm shift". A paradigm shift can be seen as a change from one way of thinking to another, driven by agents of change. A great example of a paradigm shift is when the home PC came along and completely turned upside down the entire main frame computer industry. The world view of the computer changed almost instantly and everyone's interest in main frames was gone overnight and a new era in computers was born. |
