You hear it in the news almost every day now, Mad Cow disease and Sexual Offender. Today's technology allows us to track the exact whereabouts of every cow shipped in and out of the USA. We can even tell exactly where each cows little crumb crunching calves are, down to the exact stall. Isn't technology great?

Now how come we can track them cows so good but we have no earthly idea where thousands of sexual offenders are? Makes ya wonder don't it?

Solution: Inject sexual offenders with mad cow disease and see if they get away then.
